Jacksonville Attorney Dale G. Westling, Sr.
Upon graduating from Loyola University Law School in 1975, Mr. Westling began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Duval County, Florida. After three years with the State Attorney’s Office, he moved into private practice focusing on criminal defense, trial work and family law. Mr. Westling has been a sole practitioner since 1978, and represents both men and women. His practice has grown to include four paralegals and one receptionist.
With more than 37 years experience, Mr. Westling’s practice has expanded to include criminal, civil, personal injury, real estate closings, foreclosures, evictions and home owner’s association matters with emphasis on family law. Family law encompasses a diverse field including adoptions, divorces, child custody and child support issues, domestic violence and paternity.
